Description
Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of nitrile gloves. The gloves are to be provided on an "as needed" basis throughout the contract period. The contract will have an initial term of one year, beginning from the date of award, through June 30, 2027, with the option for WCPSS to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The estimated quantities are based on expected needs, and WCPSS is not obligated to purchase the estimated amounts. Delivery is expected to be Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the Central Receiving location at 1551 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh, NC 27610, within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after receipt of a purchase order. The specifications require powder-free, latex-free nitrile gloves, blue or purple in color, with 100 gloves per box and 10 boxes per case. Minimum thickness is 3 mil, and gloves should be chemical resistant with a contour or beaded cuff.
