Description
The Town of Colonie Department of Public Works, Division of Pure Waters, is soliciting bids for cured-in-place pipe lining. Bidders must submit the completed pages marked “TO BE SUBMITTED” and any other required documents, along with the required bid security. The bid security must be either a certified check or a bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond equal to the full contract amount at contract execution, as well as insurance and other required security within seven days after notification of acceptance.
