PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that bids for CDTA FAC 252-2000 Snow Removal at the Joseph L Bruno Rail Station are due no later than 1:00PM EST on October 13, 2026. Bids should be ad- dressed to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement Capital Dis- trict Transportation Authority, 110 Watervliet Avenue, Albany, New York 12206. Each bid must be prepared and submitted electronically in accordance with the submittal instructions. There will be a site walk-thru on September 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST -meet outside the Post Office on the top deck of the parking garage at the Jospeh L Bruno Rail Station located at 525 East Street Rensselaer, NY. All potential bidders are strongly en- couraged to attend this important walk-thru. Questions regarding this Invitation for Bids are to be submitted IN WRITING to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement (sdsan- sky@cdta.org) NO LATER than 11:00 AM EST on September 25, 2026. It is the intention of CDTA to award a contract based upon bids it receives, but CDTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Authority hereby notifies all potential service providers that disadvantaged, minority and women-owned business enter- prises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and there will be no discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, disability or marital status in the award of the contract or any subcontract.
