Description
Albany County Department of Public Works seeks qualified bidders to provide annual on-site calibration services for gas detection equipment at three garage locations in Colonie, Knox, and Coeymans, New York. The equipment includes 20 sensors from Macurco, Brasch, and Armstrong that detect carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide, and the contract has a three-year duration. The scope includes calibration, reporting, maintenance, emergency service, calibration gases, replacement parts when required due to failed calibration, and regulatory-support inspections. Technician certification documentation is required for the applicable sensor manufacturers. Bids may cover all three sites or individual sites, and no bid security or performance bond is required.
