Description
The New York State Thruway Authority is soliciting sealed bids for on-demand repairs to Thruway infrastructure in Ulster, Greene, Columbia, Rensselaer, Albany, Schenectady, and Montgomery Counties, in accordance with the plans and specifications. The procurement is categorized under highways and roadways maintenance, repair, and new construction. Bids must be secured with either a 5% bid bond on the Authority's Bid Bond Form TA-44117 or a $125,000 certified or cashier's check payable to the New York State Thruway Authority. Contractors are responsible for producing their own hard copies of plans and proposals after award. No SDVOB, MBE, or WBE participation goal is specified.
