Description
California State University Channel Islands is soliciting a lump-sum bid for a complete turnkey audiovisual and control system in Solano Hall FIT Studio Room 1201. The scope includes integrating the existing 75-inch display and Mac mini with a PTZ camera, two ceiling-array microphones, DSP, amplifier, four pendant speakers, wall-mounted touchpanel, Extron control processor and LinkLicense configuration, controllable USB switching, and all required cabling, connectors, mounting hardware, and ancillary materials. The contractor must provide engineering and submittals, equipment procurement, installation and termination, system configuration and programming, testing, calibration, acceptance demonstrations, as-built documentation and source files, staff training, cleanup, and a minimum one-year warranty. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of comparable audiovisual experience, authorized-dealer status, specified AVIXA, CTS-D, CTS-I, Extron, Dante, and ISO 9001 credentials, required California licensing and DIR registration, and comparable project examples from the previous five years. Onsite installation, integration, programming, testing, training, punch-list correction, and closeout must be completed during November 2-6, 2026.
