Motorola Radio Equipment Maintenance, Repair, and Installation

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source services contract to Motorola Solutions for preventive maintenance, emergency and on-call repair, and installation of Motorola Land Mobile Radios, vehicle mobile radios, and desktop base stations. The contractor must provide OEM-trained and OEM-certified technicians, OEM replacement parts, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, and all services necessary to maintain the listed communications equipment. Emergency service requires a four-hour response during the stated service window, and on-call maintenance is required Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding U.S. federal holidays. The contract includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Work includes maintenance records, repairs, replacement parts, vehicle mobile radio installation, desktop base station installation, and emergency and on-call support. The notice is not a request for competitive quotes; vendors challenging the sole-source basis may submit a capability statement with management and technical data and cost information, limited to six pages and submitted in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
