ADVERTISEMENT for BIDS NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Public Works of the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, that sealed bids for: West Jefferson Bridge Railing RESOLUTION NUMBER 1118X Sealed bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.questcdn.com until 10/8/2026 at 2:00 pm and publicly opened at Citizens Square, 200 East Berry St, Fort Wayne In, Public Works Office, Suite 210, in Conference Room 220. The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Repair of concrete bridge railing includes removal of damaged railing section, form and pour new concrete railing and maintenance of traffic. All in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by Public Works for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City.
