Description
The 122nd Fighter Wing, Indiana Air National Guard, intends to procure a Crashnet Emergency Conference Network solution through a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order. The solution must integrate fully with the existing Atos Unify command communications application used by the base command post and operate securely within the Air Force Network environment. The notice identifies Mission Critical Solutions DBA MCS of Tampa as the only known source with the required technical certifications, proprietary access, and specialized capability to configure and support Atos Unify on the secure network. Alternative solutions are stated to be unable to integrate with the existing architecture without replacing the command post communication system.
