The U.S. Navy is soliciting contractors to provide the facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, repair, upgrade, overhaul, inspection, and testing necessary to return an aerial refueling control component (P/N 285A1856-3; NSN 1680-01-585-5019) and a flap/slat electronic component (P/N 285A1200-3; NSN 1680-01-622-5604) to Ready-for-Issue condition. Work must follow the applicable drawings, repair manuals, specifications, and technical publications, including the latest approved configuration requirements. The contractor must perform the work at the identified repair facility, maintain repair and test procedures for Government review, supply necessary parts and materials unless designated as Government-furnished, meet applicable quality-system and calibration requirements, provide enclosed storage, and comply with required marking and packaging standards. The solicitation specifies repair turnaround-time and throughput information to be completed by the offeror; no contract amount or fixed period of performance is provided in the supplied materials.
