Description
The City of Euless is soliciting proposals for three mobile walls for the Texas Star Conference Center, located at 1400 Texas Star Parkway. The scope of work includes the provision and installation of the operable wall systems, which are to be manual operation, center-stack paired panel with standard vinyl face finish, and include fixed top seals and operable bottom seals with a track and trolley system. The installation will include attaching hangers to structural steel, configuring tracks and trolleys, adjusting wall panels, and staff training. The scope also includes the removal and disposal of existing operable wall systems without damaging surrounding areas. All materials must be new, commercial-grade, and suitable for high-traffic environments, with workmanship meeting or exceeding industry standards. A 2-year manufacturer's warranty is included. Bidders must list any subcontractors and their qualifications. Any deviations from specifications require written approval. The City is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax.
