Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is soliciting quotations for landscaping and grounds maintenance services for their Aviation Operations Center (AOC) facility located at Alliance Airport in Fort Worth, Texas. The property encompasses approximately 12.38 acres, with about 2.66 acres dedicated to landscaping. The scope of work includes comprehensive grounds maintenance, such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, soil aeration, planting new vegetation, and removing/replacing trees and shrubs. Services must be performed in a manner that promotes healthy growth and maintains a neat, professional appearance, adhering to Alliance Airport Association rules and regulations. The contract will be for a base year with four option years, starting August 1, 2026. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 25, 2026, and all prospective quoters must attend and submit a Facility Access Request Form by June 23, 2026.
