Description
The University of Texas at Arlington is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CM-R) for the Library Green Landscape Project. This project aims to transform the Central Library Green into an iconic green space, enhancing campus aesthetics and pedestrian flow. The preliminary project cost is estimated at $10,000,000, with a Construction Cost Limitation for the CM-R of $7,000,000. The project scope may include water features, reflecting pools, and significant planting areas to create shade and outdoor gathering spaces. Key project milestones include a pre-submittal meeting on June 25, 2026, and a State of Texas Subcontracting Plan instructional call on June 26, 2026. Proposals are due by July 14, 2026.
