The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is soliciting proposals for the safe and complete decommissioning and removal of an existing solar photovoltaic (PV) array system located at 808 East North Side Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76102. This project requires adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local codes, including OSHA and NEC requirements, as well as industry safety standards. The scope of work includes system shutdown and disconnection, safe dismantling and removal of all components (PV modules, racking, inverters, transformers, wiring, conduits, and associated hardware), material handling and disposition (including recycling or disposal in compliance with environmental regulations), roof/structural assessment and repair of any damage directly resulting from equipment removal, and implementation of all required safety measures. Key dates for this opportunity include a Release Project Date of June 19, 2026, a non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting on June 25, 2026, a Question Submission Deadline of July 9, 2026, and a Proposal Submission Deadline of July 16, 2026. The Contractor Selection Date is scheduled for July 27, 2026.
