Description
The City seeks a vendor to furnish uniforms and provide weekly pickup, laundering, and return services for employees across its Water, Fleet, Streets, Parks, Wastewater, and Facilities divisions. The initial uniform allocations include specified quantities of pants, shirts, and coveralls for employees and supervisors. The vendor must also provide recurring laundering or exchange of towels, shop towels, dust mops, floor mats, and rugs, including weekly service at the Public Works Administration Building and division-designated locations. Proposals must include itemized pricing for uniforms, laundering, recurring supplies, mats and rugs, and additional charges such as embroidery, name badges, setup, employee additions, replacements, and alterations. Initial and replacement garments must be new, and supplied items must be clean and serviceable. The agreement is stated to run from January 22, 2027, through January 21, 2030, with no minimum or maximum quantities guaranteed. Proposers must provide at least three references for similar services.
