Description
The Oakdale Irrigation District (OID) is soliciting bids for the Southwest Pipeline Pool 5 Replacement Project. The project involves replacing approximately 1,646 linear feet of existing 30-inch concrete pipeline with new 27-inch PVC pipeline. The existing pipeline has reached the end of its useful life and is in the path of the North County Corridor's planned phase 2 route, necessitating realignment and replacement. The work also includes the installation of two turnouts in place of existing valves. Construction is scheduled to take place between November 1, 2026, and March 1, 2027, when the pipeline is dewatered. The project will not increase the capacity or service area of the pipeline.
