Description
The State of Illinois Capital Development Board is soliciting a single-prime contractor to renovate the 624-060 Revenue Building, also known as the Willard Ice Building, and upgrade its building systems. The identified trade is ventilation remodeling and rehabilitation, with the solicitation covering renovation work and related systems upgrades. The estimated project cost is less than $45,000,000. MBE/WBE subcontracting and supplier goals apply, and a project labor agreement is applicable. A mandatory prebid meeting is not required. Plans are available through CityBlue Technologies subject to a $100 plan deposit.
