Description
The project includes construction of an approximately 300-square-foot standalone restroom facility adjacent to the existing exterior pavilion at the Elementary School and Middle School Sports Complex. The work also includes providing a concrete pad and sidewalk for existing exterior bleachers that the school district will relocate from the High School Sports Complex to the Middle School Baseball Field. Electronic project documents are available free of charge to contractors. Printed document sets may be purchased for $200 per set plus shipping. No pre-bid conference will be held; prospective bidders may arrange a site visit by contacting the designated site-visit contact.
