Description
The City of Springfield and Sangamon County are soliciting sealed competitive proposals for a 24-inch water transmission line stop project, identified as RFP #UW27-25. The work is classified as construction of public works and is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Springfield Vendor Bid Portal or by mail courier to the City’s Purchasing Department. Certified female and minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
