The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology Consortium is soliciting bids for high-speed Internet Egress services under an agency-specific contract associated with the E-rate program. The requested service is standalone Internet access with estimated capacity ranging from 10 Gbps to 100 Gbps on the FCC Form 470, while the solicitation describes potential bandwidth purchases from 10 Gbps up to 1,000 Gbps. Quantities are estimates, and the consortium may order additional or multiple quantities as its Internet access needs grow. The awarded vendor must have a valid Universal Service Fund Schools and Libraries Program Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), complete the E-Rate Supplemental Terms and Conditions, and provide installation and initial configuration. Bidders must submit the completed solicitation forms, signed contract and offer documents, signed E-Rate terms, an Excel pricing table, a signed Service Level Agreement, and applicable vendor disclosure materials.
