Description
The Town of West New York is seeking proposals for numerous professional-service assignments for 2027. The listed opportunities include legal counsel and prosecution, public defense, labor and special counsel, engineering and architectural services, planning and landscape architecture, auditing and accounting, banking and financial advisory services, environmental consulting and project management, tax and property services, court interpretation, workers' compensation administration and counsel, inspections, and related municipal consulting roles. Proposals must be sealed and submitted for the specific service title being proposed. The notice requires compliance with New Jersey affirmative-action and equal-employment requirements under N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive informalities in accordance with applicable law.
