Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting scheduled and emergency ambulance transportation services for the Federal Correctional Complex Pollock. The requirement includes Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support, and scheduled medical trip services, with estimated base-period quantities of 24 ALS trips, 192 BLS trips, and 24 scheduled medical trips. The contract will use firm-fixed unit pricing under an indefinite-delivery/requirements structure, with orders issued as needed. The anticipated structure is one base year plus four 12-month option years, for a potential 60-month period. Services must be performed on-site in the Health Services Department at FCC Pollock, and contractor personnel must satisfy applicable medical credentialing, licensing, privileging, facility-access, Public Trust, and security-screening requirements. Quotes will be evaluated on aggregate price, including options, and past performance. The submission must include the completed Standard Form 1449, completed schedule of items/contract pricing, professional references, a completed Business Management Questionnaire, three related contract references, and a financial reference.
