Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide 24-hour, seven-day-per-week, state-certified paramedic-level emergency response and patient transport services for personnel at Tinker Air Force Base. The scope includes a 12-minute response-time standard at the 90th percentile, interfacility transportation, backup ambulance support, flight-line and after-hours emergency response, emergency vehicles and equipment, staffing, supervision, reporting, patient documentation, clinical protocols, quality-control procedures, and compliance with applicable medical, emergency-services, privacy, and safety requirements. The contractor must provide an Oklahoma ambulance-service license, malpractice insurance, pre-hospital protocols, a Mission-Essential Contractor Services Plan, and a technical, past-performance, and price proposal. The requirement also includes phase-in activities and medical support for the 2027 and option-year air shows, including additional personnel, transport units, triage and rehabilitation areas, and medical-operations coordination. The base period runs from January 28, 2027, through January 27, 2028, with three one-year option periods.
