LEGAL NOTICE TO ACCEPT PROPOSALS NoticeisherebygiventhattheBoardofTrusteesoftheNorthSpencerCountySchool Corporation will receive, at the Administrative Office of the School Corporation, 3720 E SR 162 in Lincoln City, Indiana 47552, Friday, September 11,2026 at 9:00 A. M. CST proposals for the awarding of contracts for bus routes for the transportation of school students to and from school for a period of four (4) years, effective with the start of the 2027-2028 school year. Such proposals shall be contained in sealed envelope labeled “Proposal for Contract Bus Routes”. Proposals will be at that date and time be opened and available for public inspection. Any proposal received after such date and time will be returned unopened. The School Corporation reserves the right to subsequently negotiate upon a contract for any route with any and/or all persons timely submitting proposals for that route, to reject any and/or all proposals

Description
The North Spencer County School Corporation is accepting sealed proposals for the awarding of contracts for bus routes for the transportation of school students to and from school. The contract period will be four (4) years, effective with the start of the 2027-2028 school year. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled "Proposal for Contract Bus Routes" and received at the Administrative Office of the School Corporation, 3720 E SR 162, Lincoln City, Indiana 47552, by Friday, September 11, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. CST. Proposals received after this date and time will be returned unopened. The School Corporation reserves the right to negotiate contracts for any route with any and/or all persons timely submitting proposals, and to reject any and/or all proposals.
