Description
Lancaster Area Sewer Authority is soliciting construction bids for rehabilitation of the Columbia Borough collection system. The work includes installing cured-in-place lining in 50 sections of 8-inch and 10-inch sewer main totaling 10,719 feet, along with reinstatement of 216 active sewer connections identified in the project manual. The estimated contract value is $616,000. Bids must include scanned bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid; the actual bid security must be submitted within three business days after bid opening. Required submission items include the bidder’s experience questionnaire, non-collusion affidavit, evidence of qualification to do business in Pennsylvania, required acknowledgements, and completed pricing section.
