Description
The State of Montana, Office of Procurement and Contracts, on behalf of the Department of Public Health and Human Services, is soliciting a lump-sum bid to provide and install a wheelchair lift at the Southwestern Montana Veterans Home. The bid must include the equipment and installation costs described in the solicitation, along with a one-year product warranty. Bidders must submit manufacturer’s descriptive literature demonstrating compliance with the specifications, a completed cost proposal, company and contact information, and the required nondiscrimination and applicability certifications under Montana law. The solicitation states that there are no buyer attachments, so the cost proposal must be obtained through the electronic bidding event.
