The State of Montana Department of Military Affairs, Construction and Facilities Management Office is soliciting bids for snow clearing services at its Kalispell Armed Forces Reserve Center and Field Maintenance Shop. The scope includes separate per-event pricing for driveway and parking-lot snow clearing and walkway snow clearing at each facility. Bidders must provide the required business and contract information, complete and sign the Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services Representation form, acknowledge the solicitation prerequisites and applicable State of Montana terms, and review the scope of work, facility map, insurance requirements, pre-bid conference or walk-through, and pre-performance meeting requirements. Responses are submitted through the State's electronic procurement event system.
