Description
This solicitation is a mid-cycle modification to the existing WIOA Planning Region 6 Four-Year Regional Plan (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2024), administered by GST Michigan Works! The plan covers Genesee, Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, Shiawassee, and Tuscola counties in Michigan. It includes a comprehensive analysis of regional labor market data, in-demand occupations, workforce development activities, and strategies for sector initiatives, administrative cost arrangements, transportation coordination, and economic development partnerships. The modification updates the plan to reflect current conditions and ongoing collaborative efforts with other Michigan Works! Agencies and partners.
