Description
The Kent County Road Commission is soliciting snowplowing services for seven designated areas under Contract #27-01. Specifications are available through the designated online procurement portal. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2026. A representative of any organization intending to submit a bid must attend. The solicitation includes a nondiscrimination and minority business enterprise opportunity notice under applicable federal transportation civil-rights requirements.
