Description
The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is soliciting offers for the repair and overhaul of Remote Interface Units (NSN 7RH 5998 998458308 P8). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and test equipment to return the units to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair or replacement of components, reassembly, and testing in accordance with the approved repair manual and drawings. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 70 days after receipt of asset. The contract will be issued under Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-24-G-B601. The contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent. The place of performance is the contractor's facility, with the designated repair source being GE Aviation Systems LLC at 3290 Patterson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512-1991.
