Description
The City of Alexandria is seeking contractors to provide abatement services on an as-needed, work-order basis. Selected contractors will participate in an annual rotating work-order list. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked; there is no formal bid opening. Attendance at the November 4, 2026, pre-bid conference is mandatory to be eligible to submit a proposal. Contractors must also obtain a Registered Contractor ID number from the Community Development Office before submitting; the notice advises allowing at least three business days to obtain it.
