Description
The City is soliciting contractors to provide demolition services on a work-order basis. Selected contractors will participate in an annual rotating work-order list system, with contracts awarded based on evaluation ranking. Contractors must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference to be eligible to submit and must obtain a Registered Contractor ID from the Community Development Office before submitting; the notice advises allowing at least three business days to obtain the ID.
