Description
The City seeks an on-call consultant to assess airport utility infrastructure, including sanitary sewer, stormwater, deicing, water, gas, and fuel or chemical delivery systems. Services may include CCTV inspections, hydro jetting, nondestructive testing, surveying, asset inventory and condition scoring, useful-life assessments, pipe-network modeling, and cost estimates for asset replacement and recommended actions. Deliverables include condition reports, digital asset data, Civil 3D pipe-network models, and presentations. Work will be issued through task-specific requests, with task budgets and fee proposals; the consultant must not begin a task until it receives an executed task authorization.
