Description

The City of Spokane Wastewater Maintenance Department is soliciting bids for a multi-year interceptor sewer inspection program. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, trained personnel, mobilization, access setup, and inspection of approximately 19,200 linear feet in the initial year, with up to approximately 48,200 additional linear feet authorized in subsequent years, for a total of approximately 67,500 linear feet of 18- to 72-inch sanitary and combined sewers. Required services include color digital CCTV, sonar, lidar laser profiling, gas and temperature sensing, NASSCO PACP-compliant condition assessment, video and report production, database exports, executive summaries, hard-drive media, and technical memoranda prepared by a licensed professional engineer. The operator must have at least five years of relevant experience and NASSCO PACP certification. The contract is subject to Washington prevailing-wage requirements and may be renewed annually for a total term not exceeding four years.
