This invited funding opportunity supports direct services and referrals for crime victims and surviving Angel families. Eligible services may include emergency assistance, case management, shelter and housing, medical and dental care, victim advocacy, transportation, childcare, legal services, and employment assistance. Cash assistance may be provided to victims of domestic or dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking to offset costs resulting from victimization. All proposed services must directly address crime victims’ needs. Only specifically invited applicants may apply. The opportunity anticipates two cooperative agreement awards, with estimated total program funding of $1,000,000 and a maximum award of $500,000.
