Description
The project includes replacing filter valves and actuators in the water treatment plant filter gallery. It also adds sludge recirculation to the northeast solids contact basin, including a pump, valves, and piping inside the existing sludge blowdown vault. The contractor is responsible for furnishing labor and materials and completing the work in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. Substantial completion is required within 90 calendar days, with final completion within 110 calendar days.
