Description
Lumber City Development Corporation, on behalf of the City of North Tonawanda, seeks a firm or individual to support the planning, administration, management, and implementation of economic and community development activities. Work includes technical and administrative assistance for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects, including procurement, environmental review, labor standards, fair housing, reporting, audits, acquisition and relocation, and grant closeout. The consultant will also assist with economic development projects and public financing, including CDBG compliance, commercial and industrial project financing, credit analysis, and loan portfolio management. Additional work includes planning and implementing community development projects involving infrastructure, facilities, housing, and public services, as well as municipal planning, land use, and funding applications. The contract term is three years. Proposals must include firm background and references, relevant experience and technical expertise, staff resumes, and a cost schedule with hourly-rate components and other costs; the anticipated contract is cost-reimbursement rather than fixed-price.
