KCDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid or in the bidding process. School districts and public agencies in the states of Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho and Montana and other states who are members of KCDA may participate in the contract awarded as a result of this bid. Description
The King County Directors' Association Purchasing Cooperative is seeking suppliers for duplicating supplies, ink cartridges, and toner cartridges under Bid #27-037. The bid includes numerous specified HP, Brother, and RISO products, primarily marked “No Substitute,” with some alternate or equal products permitted where expressly indicated. Bidders must provide manufacturer names and part numbers, pricing, applicable lead times, minimum order quantities, packaging information, and manufacturer-list-price discounts. Current manufacturer price lists and catalogs must be provided for catalog-discount consideration. The estimated annual contract value is approximately $230,000 to $250,000, with awards made by line item or group and potentially to multiple vendors. Products must be new, individually packaged, suitable for redistribution, and delivered within no more than 30 calendar days after order placement. The contract is expected to cover a one-year term expiring November 30, 2027. Responsive bidders must electronically submit signed Attachment A, Attachment B, Attachment C, and the EDGAR Certification Form, along with the completed pricing workbook through the designated procurement portal.
