Description
The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified transportation providers to supply, install, and support Intelligent Transportation Systems. The selected vendor will provide these systems beginning November 1, 2026, for a three-year term ending October 31, 2029, with two possible one-year extensions through October 31, 2031, at the administrator’s discretion. Any resulting contract may be supported by financial assistance agreements involving the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, and/or Massachusetts Department of Transportation, and will be subject to applicable Federal Transit Administration and Massachusetts procurement requirements.
