Description
Mercer County Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, is soliciting proposals from community agencies to provide high-quality, full-continuum mental health services for Mercer County residents. Services are primarily intended for the county's indigent population with serious and persistent psychiatric disabilities or emotional and behavioral health challenges, using modalities appropriate to each client's level of functioning and the least restrictive setting possible. County funding may total up to $214,000 annually. The contract has a one-year initial term beginning January 1, 2027, with two one-year extension options. For the Community Resilience Center category, the lead applicant must provide all required services directly; formal partners or subcontractors may not provide the services. The center does not have to be a DMHAS-licensed agency, and recent licensure is acceptable for the referenced clinical personnel.
