Description
Kent ISD seeks basic maintenance and repair of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment at 11 buildings. The requested work includes repair and upkeep of listed UPS units and battery cabinets, with bidders identifying estimated labor hours and materials and separately pricing eligible and ineligible services. The district requests a three-year term with separate annual pricing and an annual review of additional UPS equipment; the RFP also specifies a one-year BMIC service period from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028. The scope may be bid for equipment, labor, or both. The selected contractor must provide the labor, testing, installation-related support, and documentation required by the RFP, and provide three years of follow-on support and warranty coverage. Responses require a Bill of Materials spreadsheet, four references (including one school or school district), and prevailing-wage documentation, among other listed items.
