Description
Westchester County is seeking item-based pricing for paint through an informal request for quote, RFQ-WC260601. Respondents must provide their best or earliest possible delivery/start date, minimum order requirements, early-payment discounts, pricing-guarantee duration, and any included warranty information. The county may award by individual item, grouped items, or lot, and may consider equivalent products if they are clearly identified and meet the required salient characteristics. Deliveries are generally platform delivery, prices must be FOB destination without additional charges, and supplied items must be new and guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship.
