Description
Iowa State University of Science and Technology seeks a consultant to independently assess sponsorship and partnership opportunities and develop a strategic framework for future growth. The work includes stakeholder engagement; assessment of current corporate engagement activities; institutional asset identification; valuation and market benchmarking; governance and operating model recommendations; partnership portfolio development; revenue allocation recommendations; implementation planning; performance measurement; and advice on early corporate partnership opportunities. Deliverables include a current-state assessment, asset inventory, valuation and benchmarking analysis, opportunity matrix, governance recommendations, a position description for a sponsorship-program leader, assistance with one to three transactions from sourcing through execution, a multi-year roadmap, an implementation and resource plan, and an executive summary. The proposal must include a detailed quote, supplier qualifications, project team qualifications, project approach, rate card, and responses to the required online bid attributes. The project includes required on-site visits for stakeholder and leadership engagement, with an estimated five total days of in-person visits. Professional, automobile, workers' compensation, employer's liability, excess or umbrella, and conditional cyber or data-privacy insurance requirements apply.
