Description
The City of Hot Springs is soliciting bids for demolition of two structures at 108 Barrett Street and 417 East Grand Avenue. The work includes complete razing and removal of buildings and appurtenances, removal of underground structures, backfilling, rough grading, vegetation cutting, protection of active utilities and mature trees, preservation or repair of sidewalks and curbs, and leaving each property in a hazard-free condition suitable for mowing. The contractor must obtain the city demolition permit, comply with applicable demolition and disposal laws, transport debris to legally permitted disposal or recycling facilities, and submit landfill and recycling receipts before payment. Bidders must provide required insurance documentation, including general liability coverage with a stated minimum of $500,000, and complete the required hazardous and toxic substances disclosure. The City may award by address and may select one or more contractors.
