Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source construction contract with AVCOR Construction LLC for project 598-26-706, involving upgrades to support Joint Security Architecture (JSA) and Forward Deployed Services (FDS) IT equipment at VA facilities in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas. The work includes configuring and delivering electrical power to IT cabinets and installing a B-side UPS, in accordance with applicable OEHRM and OIT infrastructure standards. It also includes pulling new fiber through existing conduit and manholes between server-room locations at the North Little Rock campus. Interested responsible sources may submit a capability statement addressing company and business information, business size and type, statement of interest, and up to three examples from the past seven years of similar work involving design responsibility, solicitation support services, and construction-period services. The estimated construction magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000, with an estimated 90-calendar-day period of performance from notice to proceed. Responses must be no more than four single-sided pages and submitted as one application-generated PDF of no more than 4 MB; hard copies are not accepted.
