The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHS) is seeking bids for sheet ironer repair services and parts for the Richmond State Supported Living Center (RSSLC). The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, replacement of parts such as rollers, wires, pads, belts, and grips, as well as major unforeseen repairs. The vendor must be able to supply parts for the facility's sheet ironer. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time, with a response time of 24 hours for service calls. The contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with a potential one-year extension. Bidders must have at least four years of relevant experience, and personnel assigned to the services must have at least three years of relevant experience. A minimum of three verifiable references for similar contracts within the last three years is required.
