Description
The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals for branded coffee and beverage products, equipment, and support services. Approved vendors will be selected through a formal procurement process, with potential contract awards subject to HISD Board of Education approval. The tentative project term is from August 14, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four annual renewal options, not to extend beyond June 30, 2031. HISD may elect to extend the project for up to 90 days for business continuity. A virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on June 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST. Vendors must register via the provided link to attend.
