Description
The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals for branded coffee and beverage products, equipment, and support services. This RFP aims to identify qualified vendors to become HISD Approved Vendors, authorized to provide these goods and services to HISD schools and departments. The selected vendor(s) will be recommended for contract award upon successful evaluation, including compliance with liability insurance requirements and the Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Program. The tentative contract term is from August 14, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four (4) annual renewal options, not to extend beyond June 30, 2031. HISD may also elect to extend the contract for up to 90 days for business continuity if needed.
