Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for replacement of the existing wall-mounted AC/heating unit serving the Lake Ophelia National Wildlife Refuge office building. The contractor must remove and properly dispose of the existing unit, provide and install a new 4-ton AC/heating unit with wall-mounting brackets, and supply the machinery needed to remove and install the approximately 1,000-pound equipment. The contractor is also responsible for all materials and labor, including electrical wiring and connections and installation of a required disconnect box. No engineering services are required. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside, and award is expected through a purchase order. Quotes must include technical capabilities, a technical approach, management plan and key personnel information, up to three similar past-performance references, and a detailed price breakdown.
