Description
The City of Irving is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide on-call professional municipal solid waste engineering services. The scope includes services associated with the Hunter Ferrell Landfill, including leachate recirculation system design; no leachate recirculation has previously taken place at the landfill. The City plans to select one vendor. The response must include a Statement of Qualifications limited to 12 pages, along with licenses and certifications for the lead engineer and any other firm employee who will sign or seal official documents. Respondents must provide a certification letter confirming compliance with employment eligibility verification requirements under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Reference forms may be supplied in the respondent's preferred format to demonstrate customer satisfaction. Landfill permits and a sample professional services agreement are included with the solicitation materials.
